Purchase of our products is an agreement to the following.
Returns can be made only if the product is faulty. We strive to provide quality in our cases and any faulty items will be promptly replaced. In the instance of a faulty case being received please contact us via email and we will provide you with an address where you can return the product back to us and we will replace it with an identical item of equal value at no extra cost. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging for a replacement to be issued.
Once payment is processed orders cannot be cancelled or changed. No refunds will be given with incorrect choice of item or colour. Please choose carefully.
All items will be shipped within 48 hours of your payment being processed.
All case designs are the property of TWITCH and cannot be copied or reproduced in any way. Anyone found breaching copyright laws & regulations will face legal action.
